As I talked about quiet time and how important it is for us I wanted to end on a note of application. Here are some things that we can do to step into this discipline of solitude. The first thing we can do is understand how much time you have to capture. There are all sorts of little moments in the day that we can use. Second, make a spot that you can be special for you. Set it apart for this purpose if you can. Third, as you have some time during the year take some longer periods of solitude. Take a couple of ours or longer if you can. Maybe 4 hours or a whole day. It is important for us in our daily lives. Finally, make it a priority for your life. If we don’t make it a priority it will never happen.
Thanks for joining me.
